Overview

These Terms of Service apply when you visit pawkind.co or purchase from PawKind. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on our website.

Online store use

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order. You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code or infringe the rights of PawKind or any third party.

Products and information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colours, grain, dimensions and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, manual measurement and supplier production. We may update product information, pricing or availability when necessary.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is processed and we confirm it. We may cancel or decline an order where stock, payment, pricing, address or fraud-prevention issues arise, and will provide a refund where payment has already been taken. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

Orders are fulfilled directly by our fulfilment partner. Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Available rates and current estimates appear at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if it needs correction.

Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Product use and safety

The Scratch & Treat Nail Board is intended for supervised dog enrichment and gradual front-nail maintenance. Results vary between dogs. Check nails and paw pads regularly, stop before over-filing, and do not leave the board available as an unsupervised chew toy. Rear nails, dewclaws and outer nails may require separate care. Product information is general and does not replace veterinary advice.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the PawKind name, website design, written content and original media are owned by or licensed to PawKind. They may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission.

Third-party services

Our store uses services supplied by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment partners and delivery carriers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make PawKind responsible for their content.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawKind is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer guarantees.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this website. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.
